The Group

The project was born from a passion for Italian coffee and has evolved into a broader concept of Mediterranean and Italian dining. Caffe Milano was founded on November 1, 2018 and, under the leadership of Miguel Pastor and with the support of a professional team covering everything from design to marketing and the customer experience, the group has grown while maintaining a steady balance between tradition and innovation. A structure that makes it possible to work with a shared vision and ensure consistency across all locations.

This approach has enabled the group to experience exponential growth over the last 7 years. We believe in well-crafted products, in Italian coffee prepared with precision, and in an offering designed for different moments of the day. Our venues in Plaça Lesseps, one of the most iconic areas of Gràcia and just 900 metres from Park Güell, have become a regular stop for those visiting the area. They are joined by the take away space on Gran de Gràcia, right in the heart of the neighbourhood and next to the Fontana metro, one of Barcelona’s busiest stations. Different formats, the same way of doing things.

The group also has a space inside the Jaume Fuster Library, recognised as one of the most important in Catalonia and the busiest, with a high number of students and book lovers. A setting that brings its own character and expands the group’s presence in the city.

Team stability and internal coordination are a fundamental part of the project. Professionals who know Barcelona’s pace and work every day with the same high standards, both for those who live in the city and those who visit it.

The group’s growth has not been by chance. Each opening follows a clear strategy: to strengthen our presence in key Barcelona locations and offer complementary concepts that adapt to different moments and needs. Each venue operates autonomously, but under shared coordination that ensures a consistent experience.
